this EMPANELMENT FORM should be filled by manufacturers/distributors/dealers of food processing machineries who wish to supply to the beneficiaries of the PMFME scheme. Only vendors who meet the eligibility conditions mentioned below should fill this empanelment form
Eligibility conditions for vendors:
- Local business registration in Assam
- Minimum 3 years of running experience
- Up-to-date GST returns filling of Assam registration
- Minimum turnover of Rs.1crore in last 3 financial years
- Authorized dealer/distributor of certified manufacturers
- Previously supplied to government institutions or beneficiaries (minimum 10 orders)
